U.S. Just Made It a Lot Less Difficult to Sue Nursing Homes

GLP Attorneys is pleased to report that the Department of Health and Human Services has taken steps to restore the right to legal action to 1.5 million nursing home residents. Corporations have tried to take away the right to a jury by placing in contracts unfair and non-negotiable arbitration clauses.
