GLP Attorneys has 29 attorneys and serves all of Washington State and the Pacific Northwest on a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases. What started as a firm founded by Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel has grown to be one of Washington’s premier personal injury law firms. Below is a brief story of how GLP Attorneys became one of Washington’s largest and most respected personal injury law firms representing communities in every part of the Evergreen State.

1986: Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel Open Their Law Firm and Build Their Reputations.

Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel graduate from the University of Puget Sound Law School and found Lundberg & Peschel in 1986. For over two decades they successfully work together to advocate for the injured, and grow their law practice and reputations.

2000: New Shareholder Cydney Campbell Webster.

In 2000, Cydney Campbell Webster, an Associate Attorney in the Seattle office, becomes a Shareholder with GLP Attorneys. Cydney continues to grow the firm’s reputation for ethics and professionalism.

2006: New Shareholder John Webber.

In 2006, John Webber, an Associate Attorney in the Seattle office, becomes a Shareholder. John upholds the highest quality service for clients of the firm.

2008: New Shareholder Sean Ayres.

In 2008, Sean Ayres, an Associate Attorney in the Tacoma and Port Orchard offices, becomes a Shareholder with GLP Attorneys. Sean exemplifies the firm’s highest standards for client service and legal work.

2010: New Shareholder James Gooding.

James Gooding, an Associate Attorney in the Seattle office, becomes a Shareholder with GLP Attorneys in 2010, bringing 10 years of significant Plaintiff’s trial experience and skills to the firm.

2013: New Shareholder Heather Webb.

Heather Webb becomes a Shareholder with GLP Attorneys and serves as the firm’s Managing Partner for the firm’s offices based in Burlington, Bellingham and Wenatchee; serving Skagit, Whatcom, Island, Chelan, Douglas and Okanagan Counties.

2014: New Partner David Barrett and Shareholder Janelle Carney.

David Barrett becomes a Partner with GLP Attorneys in the firm’s Tacoma, Port Orchard and Vancouver offices. Janelle Carney becomes a Shareholder with GLP Attorneys and serves as the firm’s Managing Partner for the firm’s Eastern Washington offices based in Spokane and the Tri-Cities.

2016: New Shareholder Alex French

Alex French, an Associate Attorney in the Seattle office, becomes a shareholder with GLP Attorneys in 2016. Alex leads GLP Attorneys’ Motions and Appellate Practice Department.

2019: New Shareholder Jonathan Yousling

Jonathan Yousling, an Associate Attorney in the Burlington office, becomes a shareholder with GLP Attorneys in 2019.  Jonathan brings great enthusiasm and ideas to the firm, and will manage our newest staffed office in Bellingham.

2020: New Partners John Acken and Sara Maleki

John Acken becomes a Partner with GLP Attorneys in the firm’s Tacoma, Port Orchard and Vancouver offices.  Sara Maleki becomes a Partner with GLP Attorneys in the firm’s Eastern Washington offices based in Spokane and the Tri-Cities.

2021: New Partners Scott Shawver and Benjamin Compton

Scott Shawver and Benjamin Compton become Partners with GLP Attorneys in the firm’s Seattle office.
