The 4 “C’s”

The 4 “C’s” are our Core Values that drive us to work together and work harder to get results for injured people when others cannot or will not.  They are the values that drive our daily behaviors and motive us to continue to be a best place to work and serve.

Commitment                Creativity         Compassion                  Collaboration

At the firm, we value open and candid communication about all things work-related.  We believe in transparency, which is achieved through our All Firm Meetings, regular communication from leadership, and fostering a trusting environment. All employees are encouraged to get involved and contribute to our Collaborative culture. We ask that all of our employees choose to bring their very best to work each day.

For over three decades Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel successfully worked together to advocate for the injured, while growing their law practice and reputations. Since that time the firm has grown to include 10 Shareholders, 5 partners, and 14 senior, associate, and staff- level attorneys.  The firm continues to grow with offices currently located in Seattle, Burlington, Bellingham, Wenatchee, Spokane, Tri-Cities, Port Orchard, Tacoma, and Vancouver.

Many of our attorneys have been awarded by the Washington Law & Politics as Washington Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. We also have 5 lawyers who have earned membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States, and a Partner who has been selected to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. We have many attorneys who are rated a perfect 10.0 on Avoo, and one managing Shareholder who has been selected by the Trial Lawyer Summit for The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers for many consecutive years.
