Sarah Fleming works out of our Seattle office.

Sarah Fleming is an Associate Attorney in the Seattle office of GLP Attorneys. Sarah completed her Bachelor of Arts at Purdue University in 2006 and received her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in 2010.  Following law school, Sarah moved to Washington and started her legal career in Skagit County.  She served as the Events Chair for the Skagit County Bar Association for three years and also founded the Skagit County Young Lawyer’s Group.  In addition, she was awarded the 2016 Volunteer of the Year for the Skagit County Volunteer Lawyer Program.  After moving to Seattle, Sarah has served in several positions with the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ).  She is currently co-chair of Women of WSAJ and serves on their Public Affairs Committee as well.  

Sarah is passionate about advocating for those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others and has successfully resolved cases against insurance companies as well as large corporations for her clients.    In her free time, you can find Sarah running, hiking, skiing, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her dog, Zeus.

$2.73 million verdict for a woman who had a wooden dolly dropped on her foot at Fred Meyer, resulting in the development of a traumatic Morton’s Neuroma and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). This is believed to be the largest reported CRPS verdict in the State of Washington.

$618,000.00 for an individual who suffered a spinal cord injury in a rear end collision. 

$420,000.00 for an individual who suffered a knee injury that required arthroscopic surgery in a bicycle versus motor vehicle collision.

$365,000 for an individual who suffered a cervical disc injury after being involved in a rear end collision. 

$210,000.00 for an individual who suffered a lumbar disc injury after being involved in a rear end collision. 

$190,000.00 for an individual who sustained musculoskeletal injuries in a pedestrian versus motor vehicle collision. 

$160,000.00 for an individual who suffered a torn rotator cuff along with other musculoskeletal injuries after being involved in a rear end collision.   

$150,000.00 for an individual who suffered a cervical disc injury after being involved in a rear end collision. 

Policy limit settlement for an individual who suffered blunt force trauma to her abdomen resulting in complications to a pre-collision surgical procedure.

Policy limit settlement for a pedestrian who was hit in a crosswalk by a motor vehicle.
