Falin McKenzie is an Associate Attorney in the office of Vancouver GLP Attorneys.

Falin comes to GLP Attorneys and the Pacific Northwest from the State of Kentucky where she was an advocate for her clients in tax, small business formations and transactions, estate planning and probate matters. She received her Bachelors of Arts from Gonzaga University in 2006, then continued on to earn her Masters of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Following her MBA, she attended Willamette University to earn her Juris Doctorate. Falin is a passionate defender of the interests of her clients in all areas of personal injury and understands the “need for people from all different backgrounds.” In the February 2021 Washington State Association for Justice Trial News, she published the following article on diversity titled, “Sourcing and Maintaining a Diverse Workforce, The why and the how – a practical guide for law firms” which you can read here.  Falin’s passion for diversity stems from her Kentucky roots, working on her family’s farm tending to the diverse livestock of cows, quarter horses, hay for feed and much more. While these were simply Falin’s daily chores, they made her who she is today, a hard-working, John Deere tractor driving personal injury attorney who fights for justice for her clients, with a touch of Kentucky in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

In her time out of the office, Falin reads and reads, travels, and then reads some more. She recently was asked by WSAJ, to review the book titled, “Nursing Home Cases When Caregivers Stop Caring,” by Mark Kosieradzki and Joel Smith. Above all, Falin enjoys spending time on her family’s Kentucky farm, riding her quarter horse, Roxy, driving her father’s John Deere tractor and reading The Little Blue Truck to her toddler sixteen times per day.

“Had an accident around 7/2020 and my car was totaled, had to go to chiropractor and get an MRI. I was recommended to them by my chiropractor and they ended being very good help to me on my case. In my opinion they are very professional, responsive (emails and calls) and all around a great firm to fight your case. They got more than what I was expecting in settlement. In a previous work injury i had one of those lawyers that take 25% but in my experience they don’t have the best interest in you.” -E.N.

“Falin and her assistant Elliott listened well, were always organized and they worked diligently. That freed me up to focus on healing. They are compassionate professionals.” -J.F.

“I really appreciate how efficiently and professionally my case was handled by Falin and the team at GLP. They made a painful, uncomfortable process proceed smoothly. Thanks!” -H.K.

“Falin and her team were a great asset in fighting my case – without them, I would never have gotten anything back from the other party’s insurance. They would have tried to settle quickly and get it over with. With the help of Falin and her team, I was able to access the appropriate medical care, have my car repaired, and receive back additional financial compensation after everything was said and done. I appreciate their help and I truly could not have done this without them. Absolutely WILL use again if I am ever in another collision and I will refer to my friends as well!” -B.C.
