GLP Attorneys announces that Janelle M. Carney has become a Partner – Spokane, WA

GLP Attorneys is proud to announce Janelle M. Carney has become a Partner and will be the managing partner for the firm’s Eastern Washington offices. GLP Attorneys’ Eastern Washington office is located in downtown Spokane with a satellite office in Richland, where Janelle works with Associate Attorney Sara Maleki. Janelle and Partner Scott F. Lundberg have been instrumental in the development of GLP Attorneys’  work in Eastern Washington and in opening our staffed office in Spokane in 2011.

Janelle M. CarneyJanelle grew up in Spokane and attended Arizona State University for her law degree. Prior to joining GLP Attorneys, Janelle worked as a personal injury attorney in Phoenix, Arizona where she specialized in wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, medical and dental malpractice, and nursing home abuse and neglect. She also has several years of experience working as a claims adjuster in the insurance field. This experience has helped her understand the intricacies of the insurance claims process, which is invaluable when representing her clients. Janelle handles personal injury matters including wrongful death claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, amusement park injuries, dog bites, and nursing home abuse and neglect.

Janelle is a member of the Spokane County Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington and is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice. In 2013 she was named a ‘Rising Star’ by Super Lawyers, a Top Women Attorney by Seattle Met Magazine, a Washington Outstanding Young Lawyer and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
