Spokane, WA – October, 2014

GLP Attorneys is proud to announce that Associate Attorney Kaitlin M. Roach has joined their Spokane and Tri-Cities teams.

Kaitlin began her career at GLP in January 2013 as a legal intern while she was attending Gonzaga University School of Law. While attending law school, Kaitlin published an article about post-genocide Rwanda in the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. She also participated in an International Law Study Abroad Program in Florence, Italy. In the summer of 2013, Kaitlin participated in the Legal Capacity Building Program in Kigali, Rwanda. She was also the Fundraising Chair for the Women’s Law Caucus. Kaitlin M. Roach

Kaitlin serves as a Trustee on the Washington State Bar Foundation Board raising funds for WSBA programs on the Donor Engagement Team. She was also a student intern for the Moderate Means Program where she worked to pair eligible clients with legal issues in family law, consumer law, or property law with attorneys who would take their case for a reduced fee. She also presented a program update to the Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors.

Kaitlin became interested in personal injury law during her Torts and Advanced Torts courses in law school. She then decided that she wanted to be an advocate to help injured people. While working as a legal intern at GLP Attorneys, Kaitlin realized that she wanted to dedicate her legal career to plaintiff’s personal injury. She has a passion to serve clients who have been injured and will fight for their rights to be treated fairly by insurance companies and other powerful entities.

When she’s not working, Kaitlin enjoys hiking in Spokane, walking, watching sports (football, baseball and tennis), antiquing, traveling and she has a passion for movies and cinema.
