Graham Lundberg Peschel Expands to Vancouver (WA) and Oregon

Graham Lundberg Peschel (GLP), an established personal injury law firm for over 30 years, has announced their expansion to Vancouver, WA on March 1, 2012.  For the past few years, GLP has conducted complimentary seminars for Health Care Providers in and around Vancouver. This consistent presence resulted in an overwhelming request that the firm establish an office in the area to represent local residents with cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. 

The new Vancouver office for Graham Lundberg Peschel is located at 4400 NE 77th Ave., Suite 275, Vancouver WA.  Associate Attorneys Steve Franklin and David Barrett will handle the majority of cases at the new location under the direction of Senior Managing Partner, Ken Golden.  Mr. Golden has practiced personal injury law for over 25 years, and is enthusiastic about the expansion to Vancouver. “We have been very warmly welcomed by the health care providers in the area,” Mr. Golden stated. “We look forward to establishing a solid and reliable presence, in Vancouver, for the benefit of the community at large.”

Steve Franklin is a 2000 graduate of the Florida State University College of Law and is licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon and Florida. David Barrett is a 2002 graduate of the Valparaiso University School of Law and has practiced in Washington State since that time.  He is in the process of earning his license to practice in Oregon as well.

For residents of Oregon who are in need of legal services, the new GLP office, in Vancouver, also offers convenient meeting locations in the towns of Beaverton, Clackamas, and Tualatin.

Graham Lundberg Peschel Welcomes Daniel A. Mares as Associate Attorney

Seattle, WA – March, 2012

Graham Lundberg Peschel is pleased to announce that Daniel A. Mares has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the Seattle office.

Daniel graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 2003 and since that time has represented those who have been injured through the wrongdoing of others.  After being admitted to the Washington Bar, Daniel’s practice focused on wrongful death and injury cases as well as civil rights cases.  Daniel was heavily involved in aspects of a multiple-fatality wrongful death case in California that resulted in an $11.3 million jury verdict on behalf of the surviving heirs. He is licensed to practice law in Washington State, in the United States District Court – Western District of Washington, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Daniel is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice.

While not advocating for his clients, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, cooking authentic barbeque and camping.
