Shaun is an attorney in the South Sound Offices of GLP Attorneys.  He has more than 13 years of extensive experience in personal injury and insurance law, and most often represents clients in matters of: auto collisions, defective products, maritime, construction, and other types of personal injury.  Shaun has been recognized by the legal community as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in the area of Personal Injury for 2103, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. Mr. Huppert focuses his practice solely on representing people who have been injured through the fault of another. He understands that – large or small — all client claims matter. 

Shaun earned his bachelor degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from Seattle University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, and the United States District Court-Western District of Washington.  He studied abroad in Norway at the University of Oslo in the summer of 1998

Shaun has authored study reference material and presented at multiple National Business Institute Continuing Legal Education Seminars on the subjects of Subrogation Basics, Liability Medicare Set Asides and Medicare Advantage Plan (part C) Liens, the Affordable Care Act: Impact on Injury, and for the WSAJ he presented on Protecting Your Client’s Money from the Feds: FEHBA, FMCRA/Tricare and More.

When not fighting for his clients, Shaun spends time with his family and enjoys watching Husky football.

$1.1 million settlement for a motorcyclist who was struck by an auto and suffered a fractured leg resulting in surgery.

$500,000.00 settlement for a woman whose injuries required emergency surgery as the result of an automobile collision.

$377,000.00 settlement for a woman who was struck by a drunk driver resulting in hand/arm fractures and surgery.

$200,000.00 policy limit settlement for a woman injured in an automobile collision after having artificial disc replacement surgery.

$85,000.00 settlement for a slip and fall accident in a pizza parlor when the defense denied liability and claimed the case was a frivolous law suit up until mediation.
