Shaun Callahan is an Associate Attorney for the Port Orchard office of GLP Attorneys. Shaun received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law in 2014. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington in 2011.
Before joining GLP Attorneys, Shaun worked as an attorney at a law firm in Edmonds where he practiced criminal law, personal injury, civil litigation, contracts, estate planning and administrative law. He also worked as a legal intern in Seattle and Bellevue where he researched and drafted memos on issues ranging from internet privacy, to contests and sweepstakes, to collaborating with universities receiving national science foundation grant dollars. Shaun also worked as an Assistant-Secretary of Logistics and led the fundraising effort for a non-profit Model United Nations Conference. He wrote grants to major philanthropic organizations and pitched advertising opportunities to local businesses. While living in Charleston, SC, Shaun worked as a legal intern for the Federal Public Defender’s Office.
Shaun grew up in Edmonds and was a three sport letterman in football, basketball, and track and field. He still loves playing sports recreationally and watching his brother play baseball in the Minor Leagues. In his spare time, he loves to travel, visit museums, and play golf with friends. He also collects national geographic magazines; his collection dates back to 1920.
