Nikhil Bavariya is an attorney based in Graham Lundberg Peschel’s Seattle office. Prior to joining GLP in 2010, Nikhil practiced at a Seattle law firm focusing on plaintiff’s personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability and maritime.

While in law school, Nikhil was extremely active.  He served as the President of the South Asian Law Student Association and as Secretary of Outlaws. He also participated in client counseling competitions.

After completing his first year of law school, Nikhil was a legal intern for a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Anchorage, Alaska.  Following his second year of law school, Nikhil was a legal intern for a Seattle plaintiff’s personal injury firm, and upon his admission to the Washington Bar in 2008, he joined the firm as an attorney.

Nikhil, along with members of the GLP team, enjoys serving our local community by volunteering for Food Lifeline, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington. He is also volunteers on the QLaw New Member committee.

Prior to attending law school, Nikhil worked in Silicon Valley’s IT field, specializing in the area of medical devices.

Nikhil emigrated from Zambia to California in 1990, and he returned to Zambia while in his last two years of high school.  He is fluent in Gujurati.
