Bruce Cyra is an Associate Attorney in the Port Orchard office of GLP Attorneys. Bruce’s background involves earning a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications from Western Washington University, and a successful career in video production and television news photography. This career took Bruce to California, Alaska, Washington and included national and overseas assignments.
While working in broadcasting Bruce returned to school and earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law. Bruce practiced law in Nevada from 2000-2003 and again from 2006-2012, concentrating on litigation of construction defect cases on behalf of homeowners and community associations, and assisting with legislative and consumer awareness. Bruce practiced law in Seattle from 2003 to 2006, also litigating construction defect and personal injury cases. Bruce brought his ten-plus years of experience in civil litigation to GLP Attorneys in 2013.
When not working Bruce enjoys the outdoors with his family and competes for several athletic clubs, taking part in national competitions. Bruce also supports his community as President of a 501(c)(3) corporation that produces annual events raising money and awareness to support public schools.
Bruce is licensed in both Washington and Nevada.
