In 2005, Graham Lundberg & Peschel began using a case management program, which we highly customized to our own personal injury practice. This technology helps us maintain an exceptional level of communication with our clients, track all contacts on a particular case, track parties, including insurance adjusters and experts on a case, and cross reference this information with other cases. This technology allows us to be more efficient by ensuring that all attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and administrative staff have access to up to date information on every case. Having such innovative technology allows us to spend more time on the legal aspects of our client's cases.

Graham Lundberg & Peschel is linked by computer to services that provide us current information and research to assist us in maintaining our dynamic personal injury advocacy. Medical literature, legal research, information retrieval, insurance and motor vehicle data, product information, and data collection on wrongdoers are examples of some of the areas that we regularly research on behalf of our clients. Our technology also allows us access to various court databases throughout Washington State.
