GLP Attorneys has 28 attorneys and services all of Washington State and the Pacific Northwest on a wide variety of personal injury cases. What started as a firm founded by Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel has grown to be one of Washington’s premier personal injury law firms – Greater Lundberg Peschel, hence the name GLP Attorneys. Below is a brief story of how GLP Attorneys became one of Washington’s largest and most respected personal injury law firms.
1986: Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel Open Their Law Firm and Build Their Reputations.
Scott Lundberg and Brian Peschel graduate from the University of Puget Sound Law School and found Lundberg & Peschel in 1986. For over two decades they successfully work together to advocate for the injured, and grow their law practice and reputations.
1999: Growth into South Puget Sound with Kenneth Golden.
Kenneth Golden establishes Golden & Associates, PS, Inc. in Tacoma upon graduating from the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1986, and grows his own successful personal injury firm in the South Sound area. In August 1999, Ken merged his firm with Lundberg & Peschel. Ken is Of Counsel for the South Sound Offices of GLP Attorneys.
2000 – 2006: New Partners Cydney Campbell Webster and John Webber.
In 2000, Cydney Campbell Webster, an associate in the North Sound office in Seattle, becomes a partner with GLP Attorneys. In 2006, John D. Webber, also an associate in the North Sound office, also becomes a partner. Ever since, Cydney and John have continued to grow the firm’s reputation for ethics, professionalism and high quality service.
2008: New Partner Sean Ayres.
In 2008, Sean Ayres, an associate in the South Sound offices in Tacoma and Port Orchard, becomes a partner with GLP Attorneys. Sean exemplifies the firm’s highest standards for client service and legal work.
2010: New Partner James Gooding.
James Gooding, an associate in the North Sound office in Seattle, becomes a partner with GLP Attorneys in 2010, bringing 10 years of significant Plaintiff’s trial experience and skills to the firm.
2013: New Partner Heather D. Webb.
Heather Webb becomes a partner with GLP Attorneys and serves as the firm’s managing partner for the firm’s North Washington Offices based in Burlington and serving Skagit, Whatcom, Island, Chelan, Douglas and Okanagan Counties.
2014: New Partners David Barrett and Janelle M. Carney.
David Barrett becomes a partner with GLP Attorneys in the firm’s South Sound offices in Tacoma, Port Orchard and Vancouver. Janelle M. Carney becomes a partner with GLP Attorneys and serves as the firm’s managing partner for the firm’s Eastern Washington offices based in Spokane and the Tri Cities.
2016: New Partner Alex French
Alex French, an associate in the North Sound office in Seattle, becomes a partner with GLP Attorneys in 2016. Alex manages GLP Attorneys’ Motions and Appellate Practice Department, and also supervises the Firm’s Legal Intern Department.
